Depending on each client's needs, the work may include analyzing their profile, preparing a strategy, searching for and comparing vehicles, evaluating financing alternatives, negotiating, and accompanying them during the deal.
We also present complementary services related to credit profile preparation and business structuring. The scope of each service is explained individually before starting.
SOL4US LLC is not a dealership, does not sell vehicles from its own inventory, is not a financial institution, and does not grant loans.
2. Requests through the site
By completing the form or writing to us, you state that the information you provide is correct to your knowledge and that you are at least 18 years old.
Sending a request allows us to contact you to talk about your case. It does not mean that you have started the consultation, obtained an approval, or authorized a credit report inquiry.
We may request additional information to evaluate your situation. If we need a specific authorization to access a credit report or share information with third parties, we will explain it and request it separately.
3. Price and start of the vehicle consultation
The standard price of the strategic vehicle purchase consultation is $500, divided into two payments: $250 to start the process and $250 at the time of vehicle delivery.
Before starting, we will explain the scope of the service, the price, and the conditions corresponding to your case. If you need an additional service or your situation requires different conditions, we will inform you so you can decide before moving forward.
Complementary credit preparation or business structuring services, when applicable, are evaluated and quoted separately.
4. If you decide to stop the process
If you wish to stop the consultation, let us know at info@bycarolinarincon.com. We will review with you the status of your case, the work performed, and the payments made to inform you how to proceed according to the conditions communicated to you at the start and applicable law.
If you have already started a purchase or financing deal with a dealership or financial institution, any cancellation related to that deal will depend on their documents and the conditions you accepted with them.
5. Third-party decisions and results
Approvals, rates, terms, requirements, vehicle availability, and final conditions depend on the dealerships, financial institutions, and other third parties involved. For that reason, we do not guarantee an approval, a specific rate, or the availability of a particular vehicle. Savings and profile improvement are worked from the strategy and also depend on the client's compliance.
The testimonials and cases published on the page show individual results. They do not represent a promise that another person will obtain the same result.
6. Your participation in the process
To evaluate and support your deal, we need you to provide us with truthful information and tell us about any relevant change in your situation.
We help you review and understand the available alternatives, but the decision to buy a vehicle, accept financing, or sign documents is yours. Before signing, you must review the final documents presented to you by the dealership and the financial institution.
7. Tax, legal, and financial information
