Strategic automotive & financial consulting

I don't sell cars.I design strategies to buy them better.

Strategic consulting for buyers who want to prepare their profile, structure their deal, and negotiate their vehicle with strategy.

Carolina Rincón, strategic automotive and financial consultant

01 — The starting point

Buying a car shouldn't start at the dealership. It should start with a strategy.

Credit, income, down payment, trade-in, and financing are all part of a single deal. When they are analyzed separately — or directly at the dealer — decisions are made with incomplete information.

  • Credit
  • Income
  • Down payment
  • Trade
  • Negative equity
  • Vehicle
  • Financing
  • Structure
  • Negotiation

We hear it every day

  • “My payment is too high.”
  • “I'm upside down on my car.”
  • “The dealer denied me.”
  • “I got approved, but with a rate I don't understand.”
  • “I don't know how much I should put down.”
  • “This is my first car in the United States.”
  • “I don't want to spend hours visiting dealerships.”
  • “I don't know if the approval I'm being offered is really good for me.”

02 — A new way of thinking

It's not just buying a car. It's structuring the deal.

The value isn't only in finding a vehicle. It's in analyzing the profile, preparing the strategy, structuring the financing, and negotiating the entire deal.

03 — Authority

More than 10 years understanding how the car business works from the inside.

Carolina Rincón built her career inside the automotive industry, with a track record as a Finance Manager. That journey gave her a deep understanding of how deals are structured and how different profiles may be evaluated by financial institutions.

Today she applies that knowledge on the buyer's side: before the negotiation, not during it.

  • More than 10 years in the car business
  • Track record as a Finance Manager
  • Structuring vehicle purchase and financing deals
  • Dealer-side experience, now on the buyer's side

Three pillars of value

Money. Time. Strategy.

01

Money

We optimize the total cost of the deal: price, down payment, rate, monthly payment, and structure. Savings are part of the value proposition: we work the strategy so your purchase costs less, according to your profile and the conditions of each case.

02

Time

We handle a large part of the process — analyzing, preparing, searching, comparing, negotiating, and coordinating — so you don't have to go dealership to dealership.

03

Strategy

We analyze the purchase as a complete deal: profile, scenario, vehicle, financing, and structure. The value isn't only in the car.

05 — Methodology

Before negotiating, we prepare.

  1. 01

    We analyze

We review credit, income, down payment, trade-in, negative equity, and goals to understand your real scenario.

  2. 02

    We prepare

We define the strategy and the type of deal that makes sense for your profile and goals.

  3. 03

    We search

We identify vehicles that fit the goal, the use, and the budget of the deal.

  4. 04

    We structure

We define down payment, term, financing alternatives, and total cost before committing to anything.

  5. 05

    We negotiate

We negotiate the complete structure of the purchase, not just the price of the vehicle.

  6. 06

    We accompany you

We coordinate the deal and stay with you through the purchase and delivery.

06 — Core service

Strategic consulting for vehicle purchase and financing

We analyze your scenario before you seek an approval or start a negotiation.

  • Credit
  • Income
  • Automotive history
  • Down payment
  • Trade-in
  • Negative equity
  • Vehicle
  • Financing
  • Personal situation
  • Business situation, when applicable

From that analysis we structure a strategy to search, compare, negotiate, and complete the deal.

A large part of the process can be handled remotely. Depending on the deal, signing can be electronic and the purchase can be coordinated from a distance.

Services are tailored to the characteristics of each case. Approvals and rates depend on the third parties involved in the deal.

The process may include

  • Credit profile and automotive history analysis
  • Income, down payment, and current vehicle analysis
  • Trade-in evaluation and negative equity calculation when applicable
  • Evaluation of first-time buyers and passport buyers
  • Strategy definition and vehicle search
  • Identification of financing alternatives suited to the case
  • Comparison of terms and negotiation
  • Deal structuring and support throughout
  • Purchase and delivery coordination

07 — Complementary capabilities

Additional services

Complementary capabilities of the firm, always around the same principle: analyze, prepare, and structure before deciding.

Personal credit optimization and structuring

We analyze your credit profile, identify factors that may be limiting your financial capacity, and develop a preparation strategy aligned with your goals.

  • Credit profile analysis
  • Identification of factors limiting your financial capacity
  • Preparation and optimization strategy
  • Alignment with your goals: vehicle, property, financing, or other projects

We work the profile in two modalities: express repair (8 to 30 days) and standard repair (90 to 120 days). The process projects and guarantees the score increase as long as the client follows the strategy's guidance and avoids unnecessary credit inquiries during the process.

Business structuring and preparation for commercial financing

For entrepreneurs, business owners, and businesspeople who want to organize their personal and business profile before seeking financing opportunities.

  • Business organization and structuring
  • Financial profile analysis
  • Relationship between personal credit and business structure
  • Preparation for future financing needs
  • Evaluation of personal vs. commercial purchase when applicable

We do not offer or promise to obtain commercial credit. We evaluate, organize, and prepare your profile so you can be in a better position to access the opportunities that fit your situation.

08 — Education

Questions worth resolving before signing.

Does an approval always mean a good deal?

Not necessarily. An approval should be analyzed together with its terms: rate, term, down payment, and total cost. An approval that works for one profile may not work for another.

Why does the down payment matter?

The down payment can influence the amount financed, the monthly payment, and the terms of the deal. There is no universal figure: it depends on your profile and the vehicle.

What happens if you're upside down on your trade?

Negative equity is the difference between what you owe on the vehicle and what it's worth. It doesn't necessarily prevent a purchase, but it requires structuring the deal carefully so that difference isn't carried over without analysis.

Why shouldn't you negotiate only the monthly payment?

Because a monthly payment can be adjusted by stretching the term, increasing the down payment, or changing the total cost. The complete structure — not just the payment — determines whether the deal is a good one.

Why analyze before going to the dealer?

Arriving with a strategy lets you know what type of deal makes sense, what alternatives exist, and under what terms to negotiate. It's the difference between reacting and deciding.

First-time buyer · Two vehicles

From 546 to 723 and two vehicles in about 30 days

She came in as a first-time buyer with one goal: her first vehicle. She also wanted to evaluate a second one for her mom, even though they had been told it would be very difficult given the conditions they had already been presented. We worked on her profile and structured both deals.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a dealer?

No. We are a strategic consulting firm. We don't sell vehicles and we don't operate as a dealership.

Do you sell vehicles?

No. The service isn't about selling vehicle inventory. We find the right vehicle for your deal, but we don't sell it ourselves.

Not without evaluating the corresponding scenario. Each deal depends on the profile, the vehicle, and the available terms.

Does the consultation have a cost?

Yes. It's a professional consulting service. Our work begins before the negotiation: we analyze your scenario, develop a strategy, and accompany you through the process.

Do I need good credit?

Not necessarily. Each scenario is evaluated individually, and the alternatives depend on the profile, the deal, and the institutions involved.

Can I buy with a passport?

It depends on the conditions and the specific scenario. The consultation allows us to evaluate the alternatives available for your situation. We don't guarantee approvals.

Do you work outside Florida?

Many services can be handled remotely, and certain deals can be coordinated outside the state. Write to us and we'll evaluate your case.
